O R D E R

This petition has been filed a direction to forbear the respondents from any manner interfering with the affairs of the petitioner's society viz., The Town Hall, Arakkonam, 161. Gandhi Road, Arakkonam-631 001, Ranipet District, Tamilnadu, Registration No.02/66 or its members including facilities provided for playing various games including game of playing rummy not involving any elements of gambling.

2. When the matter is taken up hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on getting instructions from the Investigating Officer submitted that already two FIRs have been registered as against the members of the petitioner's Society in Cr.Nos.38 and 39 of 2025. He further submitted that the petitioner is an accused and FIR has been registered in Cr.No.39 of 2025 for the offences punishable under Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act 2/4

and it is pending for investigation.

3. In view of the above, this court is of the view that since the petitioner is an accused in Cr.No.39 of 2025, a direction sought for by the petitioner to forbear the respondents from any manner interfering with the affairs of the petitioner's society cannot be granted.

4. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. No Costs. 18.03.2025 Vv To
