The present Criminal Original petition has been filed seeking to grant leave to the petitioner/complainant to prefer an Appeal before this Court against the order of acquittal dated 19.12.2019 passed by the learned VI Additional Sessions Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai in C.A.No.460 of 2018.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed and leave is granted to the petitioner to prefer an appeal.

3. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the main case for admission.
