Heard the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner.
2. The Civil Revision Petition is filed, seeking for a direction to early disposal of C.O.S.No.748 of 2022, on the file of the Commercial Court, Egmore, within the reasonable time fixed by this Court.
3. The petitioner has stated to have filed O.S.No.748 of 2022, wherein, the petitioner/plaintiff side evidence has been completed and the matter is posted for defendants side evidence.
4. Considering the said circumstances, since the petitioner side evidence has already been over, the learned Commercial Judge, Egmore, is directed to dispose of C.O.S.No.748 of 2022, as expeditiously as possible, but not later than six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
