ORDER

This Contempt Petition is filed to punish the respondents herein under the provision of the Contempt of Court's Act for willful disobedience of the Judgment or orders of the Court dated 31.01.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.1867 of 2023 filed by the petitioner herein.

2. When the matter is taken up, learned Public Prosecutor submitted that, enquiry was conducted in this case and after enquiry, it was found that, no cognizable offence was made out, for the reason that, the issue involved is of 'Civil in Nature'. Therefore, enquiry was closed. Petitioner refused to receive copy of the report, therefore, report was pasted in the house of the petitioner.

3. In the light of the submission made by the learned Public Prosecutor, nothing survives in this petition. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed.
