CRIME NO.5/2020 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition to report before the respondent police at 10.30 a.m. on everyday until further orders imposed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.O.P.No.18237/2020 dated 08.02.2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.J.SARAVANA VEL, Advocate for the Petitioner and of M/S.K.PRABAKAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.18237 of 2020 for the offences punishable under Section 11(1) r/w 12 and 17 of POCSO Act, 2012 in Crime No.5 of 2020, while granting anticipatory bail.

2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioner to appear before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, is relaxed and the other conditions remains intact and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.
