The suit is filed for recovery of money. Pending the same, the present application has been filed by the applicants/plaintiffs seeking an order directing the respondents/defendants to furnish security for the suit claim of Rs.1,99,10,000/- within the time stipulated by this Court, failing which, pass an order of attachment of the property morefully described in the Schedule to the Judges summons.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, an affidavit dated 26.11.2016 has been filed by the first respondent /first defendant stating that they will not alienate the suit schedule property, which is the subject matter of the agreement entered into between the parties, without reference to this Court. The said affidavit is placed on record.

3. In view of the undertaking given in the affidavit by the first respondent/first defendant, this application stands closed. However, it is made clear that the respondents/defendants shall deal with the alienation/encumbrance of the suit schedule property only after obtaining appropriate orders from this Court. 28.11.2016 rk
