[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] It is the case of the petitioner that his wife Bavani @ Roja, aged 28 years, went missing from 06.03.2021 and that police are not taking effective stpes to secure her.

2. On instructions, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that, on a complaint given by the petitioner, a case in Korattur P.S.Crime No.214 of 2021 for "woman missing" was registered on 07.03.2021 and during investigation, Bavani was https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

secured on 26.04.2021; when she came to police station, she told the petitioner that she is not willing to join him; therefore, her statement was recorded and the complaint given by the petitioner was withdrawn by him.

Recording the same, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
