ORDER
This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner/accused to relax the condition imposed by this Court while granting bail to the petitioner in Crl.A.No.70 of 2025 dated 29.01.2025 directing the petitioner to stay at Chennai and report before the Inspector of Police, Flower Bazaar Police Station, Chennai at 10.30 a.m. every day until further orders.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the said condition from 05.02.2025 onwards and due to the said condition, the petitioner is unable to do his day to day work.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents police submitted that the charge sheet has already been filed and the same has also been taken on file and now the case is posted for appearance of the accused.
4. Taking into consideration the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.A.No.70 of 2025 dated 29.01.2025
is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Inspector of Police, Karuveppilankurichi Police Station, Cuddalore, once in a week i.e. every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
