This miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 58 days in filing the above Criminal Appeal against the judgment made in Spl.S.C.No.39 of 2017 dated 09.10.2025 on the file of the Special Court for exclusive trial of cases under POCSO Act, Thiruvallur.

2. Ms.J.R.Archana, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) takes notice on behalf of the respondent and has no objection for this petition being allowed.

3. Satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition and also taking into consideration the no objection expressed by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this petition stands allowed.

4. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and list the same for admission in due course.
