ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to complete the investigation in the F.I.R.No.118 of 2020 dated 06.03.2020 and file the charge sheet in time bound manner. 1/4

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the 2nd respondent has registered a case in Crime No.118 of 2020, no final report has been filed till date. Hence, the present petition has been filed.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that, based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the 2nd respondent has registered the FIR in Crime No.118 of 2020, in which, investigation is under progress. Hence, he seeks two months time to file a final report before the Jurisdictional Magistrate Court.

4. Recording the same, the 2nd respondent is directed to file the final report before the concerned Jurisdictional Magistrate Court, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order under due intimation to the defacto complainant.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
