ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a direction directing the respondents to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner for revision of scale of pay as per G.O.Ms.No.234/2009 dated 01.06.2009.

2. The petitioner was appointed as Noon Meal Organizer on 07.02.1983 and retired from service on 31.08.2015. Now after a period of ten years the petitioner submitted representation for revision of scale of pay as per G.O.Ms.No.234/2009 dated 01.06.2009. That apart, the respondents submitted that as per the said Government Order, the petitioner was settled with all respective amount.

3. In view of the above, this writ petition is devoid of merits and is liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
