This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.2992 of 2025 dated 06.02.2024 that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police, everyday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders. SUNDER MOHAN, J.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, one of the conditions imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.2992 of 2025 dated 06.02.2024 that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police, everyday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders is relaxed to the effect that the petitioner shall appear twice a month viz.on first and third Monday at 10:30 a.m. Until further orders.

4. Accordingly, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 14.03.2025 vca To The Sub Inspector Of Police, G-2 Periamet Police Station, Chennai District.
