Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Declaration to declare G.O.Ms.No.15 Industrial (MID.1) Department dated 22.02.2018 issued by the 1st respondent and the order of the 5th respondent dated 02.07.2019 as illegal, arbitrary, in violation of Section 33, 25, N and Section 9 of the Industrial Dispute Act 1947, and consequently direct the third and fourth respondents to conciliate on the Industrial Dispute dated 13.03.2020 raised against both 5th and 6th respondent by bringing out a settlement or by submitting conciliation failure report to the 2nd respondent and on submission of failure report, direct the second respondent to refer the dispute for adjudication as per Section 10B of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947. ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.J.Muthukumaran (E.No.1340 of 1996) Mobile No.9840534153, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition, with liberty to raise an industrial dispute before the Appropriate Forum and has also sent an email to the Registry to that effect, with the following endorsement: "As per my clients instructions they want to withdraw the writ petition."

2. In view of the above submission and as per the endorsement made, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for. However, it is made clear that the petitioner shall not approach this Court again by inartistically wording the prayer in the Writ Petition. No costs.
