It is submitted that the second petitioner Mr.A.Jayaraj died on 13.05.2021 and the petitioners 3 to 5 are the legal heirs of the deceased A.Jayaraj. The first petitioner has already brought on record and an application to bring on record the petitioners 3 to 5 has been filed.

2.C.M.P.No.6159 has been filed to bring on record the proposed petitioners 3 to 5 who are the legal heirs of the of the deceased 2nd petitioner as petitioners 3 to 5 in CRP (NPD)No.1057 of 2016.

3.C.M.P.No.6160 has been filed to bring on record the proposed petitioners 3 to 5 who are the legal heirs of the of the deceased 2nd petitioner as petitioners 3 to 5 in CRP (NPD)No.1056 of 2016.

4.C.M.P.No.6161 has been filed to bring on record the proposed petitioners 3 to 5 who are the legal heirs of the of the deceased 2nd petitioner as petitioners 3 to 5 in CRP (NPD)No.1055 of 2016.

5.C.M.P.No.6176 has been filed to bring on record the proposed petitioners 3 to 5 who are the legal heirs of the of the deceased 2nd petitioner as petitioners 3 to 5 in CRP (NPD)No.1224 of 2016.

6.C.M.P.No.6179 has been filed to bring on record the proposed petitioners 3 to 5 who are the legal heirs of the of the deceased 2nd petitioner as petitioners 3 to 5 in CRP (NPD)No.1225 of 2016.

7.C.M.P.No.6182 has been filed to bring on record the proposed petitioners 3 to 5 who are the legal heirs of the of the deceased 2nd petitioner as petitioners 3 to 5 in CRP (NPD)No.1226 of 2016.

8.Heard both sides.

9.Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection in allowing these petitions.

10.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of their petitions, these petitions are ordered as prayed for. 11.Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment
