In respect of Door No. Old No.59, New.38, Survey No.3473/3 measuring about 1248 sq.ft., Kasi Garden 1st Street, Santhanamatha Kurusedi Street, Kasi Garden, Royapuram, Chennai - 13.

ORDER

This Writ petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to effect the changes in the revenue register and enter the name of the petitioner as the owner of the property.

2.A Status report has been submitted by the second respondent, wherein it is stated that already two hearings have been held and the third enquiry is posted on 19.03.2020. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that after final enquriy, final orders will be passed within the time fixed by this Court. 3.Taking into consideration, the above development, this Writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent, to complete the enquiry and forward his report to the Revenue Divisional Officer, Tondiarpet and thereafter, the Revenue Divisional Officer, Tondiarpet shall pass final orders. This process shall be completed within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With these observations, the Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
