The present petition has been filed to amend the cause title from "The Cuddalore Municipality" to "The Cuddalore Municipal Corporation".

2. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Civil Miscellaneous petition is allowed.

3. Registry is directed to carryout necessary amemdment in the cause title in S.A. No.675 of 2010 and list the matter for final hearing after four weeks.
