This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed to report before the learned III Additional Session Judge, Chennai, on all working days at 10.30 A.M., until further orders passed in Crl.O.P.No.3085 of 2025 dated 07.02.2025.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition imposed to report before the learned III Additional Session Judge, Chennai, on all working days at 10.30 A.M., until further orders passed in Crl.O.P.No.3085 of 2025 dated 07.02.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, twice a month, i.e., on the first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
