CRIME NO.838 OF 2020 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.2737/2021 dated 16.02.2021 on the file of this Honble Court that the petitioners should report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am until further orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.JEYAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S P.KARITIKA KAMAL, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) The Petitioners have filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.2737 of 2021 dated 16.02.2021 on the file of this Court that the petitioners should report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. Until further orders, while granting bail.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the investigation is still pending and that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court is modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e. every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
