a) for a permanent injunction restraining the defendant, his men, agents, servants, distributor, exhibitor or any person claiming through him or under him from in any manner distributing, exhibiting, releasing, exploiting the Tamil Movie "Bahubali 2" starring Prabhas, Anushka and others, directed by S.S.Rajamouli in Theatres, in the territory of Tamil Nadu or through the medium of Television Networks, direct to Home Broadcast, direct Satellite Service, or in any form of Satellite Telecasting or Broadcasting by means of Wireless Diffusion and Communication to the public in the territory of Tamil Nadu, without settling the dues of the plaintiff as agreed and undertaken in the agreement dated 01.02.2017.
b) for the costs of the suit.

JUDGMENT
It is represented by the learned counsel for the plaintiff as well as the defendant that the dispute between the parties has been amicably settled. The learned counsel for the plaintiff seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Civil Suit and he has made the following endorsement: "The plaintiff may be permitted to withdraw the suit, in view of the compromise reached with the defendant by an undertaking to pay the amounts due to the plaintiff, with liberty to move this Court, in case of any breach."
2. Recording the above submission made by the learned counsel for the plaintiff and in view of the endorsement made, the Civil Suit is dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty is granted to the plaintiff to move before this Court, in case of any breach of undertaking. No costs. Consequently, connected application is closed.
