ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to extend the time to produce the sureties before the learned XI Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai to comply the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.2159 of 2025 in Cr.No.01 of 2025 dated 07.02.2025.

Considering the submissions made on both sides, this petition is ordered and time is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with the orders passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.2159 of 2025 dated 07.02.2025, on payment of cost of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) to the Madras High Court Advocate Clerks Welfare Association. It is made clear that no further extension of time will be granted.
