Prayer:- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, Calling for the records from the 1st Respondent relating to the proceedings dated 20.10.2015 bearing reference Na.Ka.No. 01852/B/2015 and quash the same as arbitrary, malafide, vindictive, without jurisdiction and consequently direct the 1st and 2nd Respondents to initiate necessary disciplinary proceedings against the Respondents 3 and 4 based on the reports/complaint dated 30.06.2015 and 25.07.2015 as Head of the Department, Chemistry Department of the 1st Respondent College for their indiscipline behaviour.
