O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petitioner has preferred this Writ Petition against the order dated 06.04.2018 passed by the respondent No.1 i.e., the Deputy Collector Revenue (North).

2. We have perused the said order, which is annexed to the Petition. The said order clearly shows that it is a show cause notice and the petitioner has been called upon to show cause as to why the building/structure etc. mentioned in the notice https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

should not be removed before the date mentioned in the said notice.

3. As it is only a show cause notice, we are not inclined to interfere at this stage. It would be open to the petitioner to reply to the show cause notice.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner stated that they would reply to the show cause notice, within two weeks from today.

5. The learned counsel for the respondents submitted that on receipt of the reply to the show cause notice, they shall decide the same in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks thereafter.

The writ petition is disposed of with the above observations.

No costs.

Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
