When this Civil revision petition came up before this Court on 5.1.2018, the petitioner represented by his father as Power Agent and the respondent were present before this Court. Both the parties have agreed and reported that the dispute between the parties have been settled as per the report submitted by the Tamilnadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Chennai. Since the petitioner is residing at U.S.A., counsel for the petitioner http://www.judis.nic.in

kkd/vaan undertakes to file an affidavit by the petitioner. Counsel for the respondent has no objection for filing affidavit by the petitioner.

2. Today, when the matter came up before this Court, the revision petitioner Karthikeyan Babu filed an affidavit before this Court stating that the parties have settled the dispute in accordance with the Memorandum of Understanding entered into between the parties.

3. By recording the report submitted by the Tamilnadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Madras stating that the matter has been settled between the parties as per the terms mentioned in the Memorandum of Understanding and also the affidavit filed by the petitioner to that effect, this Civil revision petition is disposed of. The mediation report and the affidavit filed by the petitioner shall form part of the order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
