CRP Nos.870, 874 and 876 of 2023 C.R.P.Nos.870, 874 and 876 of 2023 V.BHAVANI SUBBAROYAN J, This Court vide order dated 31.03.2023 has directed the learned Trial Judge to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.294 of 2013, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. The learned Principal District Judge, Erode, has forwarded a letter dated 24.08.2023 along with the letter dated 17.08.2023 received from learned I Additional Subordinate Judge, Erode seeking for extension of three months time to dispose of the case stating that the evidence were closed on 23.06.2023. During the arguments, D1, D2 and D4 filed reopen petitions for marking the documents and the same was allowed on merits. Arguments were heard from 28.07.2023 and closed on 11.08.2023. Plaintiff side filed an application to re-open the plaintiff side evidence to examine the handwriting expert and to mark the documents and the application is pending for counter and disposal.

2. In view of the above request, this Court is inclined to grant further period of three months to dispose of the case.
