This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the 1 st respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 27.05.2022 and to take action on the same.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents police submitted that already FIR in Crime No.184 of 2022 was registered on 18.05.2022 itself for the same incident, based on the complaint given by one Santhi, wife of one of the victims.
