This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.18485 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.27673 of 2024 dated 02.01.2025.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court; that the investigation is pending.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.18485 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.27673 of 2024 dated 02.01.2025 is relaxed.
