ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register an FIR, on the complaint dated 28.05.2016 given by the petitioner and to investigate the same.

2. No representation for the petitioner. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has not attached any proof for having given the complaint dated 28.05.2016, and the police did not have a copy of the complaint.

4. Under such circumstances, the petitioner is directed to appear in person before the respondent police along with this order and lodge a fresh complaint, containing the very same contents as stated in the previous complaint dated 28.05.2016. On receipt of such complaint, the same shall be enquired into and action be taken thereon in accordance with https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

law, if it discloses the commission of a cognizable offence or drop action otherwise.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
