Heard Mr. R.Rajarajan, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. C.Selvaraj, Learned Counsel for the Respondents and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties. 2.

The Writ Petition has been filed for directing the Respondents to disburse the differential salary and other consequential benefits to the Petitioner upon his reinstatement to the post of Junior Assistant with effect from 31.12.1990 to till date and other consequential benefit to him relying on similar benefit extended to one M.Ramachandran, who is said to be similarly placed to him. 3.

Before filing the Writ Petition, the Petitioner had made a representation dated 10.06.2022 to the Second and Third Respondents and subsequent to the filing of the Writ Petition, the Second Respondent by Proceedings in Na.Ka.No.AE11/40560/2022 dated 19.04.2023 has rejected the same, which has been received by the Petitioner, and its copy has been placed on record. 2/5

In view of the same, nothing remains for further consideration in the Writ Petition, but it would not preclude the Petitioner from challenging the Proceedings in Na.Ka.No.AE11/40560/2022 dated 19.04.2023 passed by the Second Respondent and seek consequential relief before the proper forum in the manner recognized by law. It is needless to add here that no view has been expressed by this Court on the merits of the controversy involved in the matter. In fine, the Writ Petition is disposed on the aforesaid clarifications. No costs.
