The present Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the 2nd respondent from interfering with the construction activities in the property admeasuring 26 cents comprised in Survey No.397/7 and another 5 cents comprised in Survey No.397/6 (Covered under the registered sale deed 30.09.1974) and the property admeasuring 21 cents comprised in Survey No.397/6 situated at S.Kolathur Village, Madipakkam-II, Sholinganallur Taluk, Kancheepuram District

2. When the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the bundle.
