This petition is filed to condone the delay of 76 days in filing the writ appeal against the order dated 10.12.2019 made in W.P.No.30838 of 2019.

2. Mr.G.Sankaran, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondent.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate appearing for the petitioners/appellants and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

4. Upon hearing the submission made by the learned counsel appearing on both sides and on being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay stands condoned and the petition is allowed.

5. The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order.
