O R D E R

This Court, by order, dated 31.03.2016 in W.P.No.11905 of 2016, directed the Regional Manager, Tamil Nadu Civil Supplies Corporation, Tiruppur, to deduct a sum of Rs.55,984/- towards recovery related to audit and value of unspent punishment and to disburse the balance terminal benefits to the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is

also made clear that the said deduction is subject to the result of the surcharge proceedings.

2.Mr.C.Munusamy, learned counsel for the respondent producing a proceedings dated 02.01.2017, issued by the Regional Manager, Tiruppur, to show that a sum of Rs.1,87,496/- is liable to be deducted instead of Rs.55,984/-.

3.With regard to this, a Review Application has also been filed and this Court has also entertained the revision and the same was disposed of by order dated 22.12.2016. 4.Now the learned counsel for the petitioner agreed to the said amount of Rs.1,87,496/- and requested this Court to direct the second respondent in the writ petition, to deduct the amount of Rs.1,87,496/- and disburse the balance amount of terminal benefits to the petitioner. 5.As mentioned above, the second respondent in the writ petition, is directed to deduct the amount of Rs.1,87,496/- instead of Rs.55,984/-, however, this is subject to the result of the surcharge proceedings.

With the above direction, this Contempt Petition is closed.
