ORDER

This petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents police to produce the daughter of the petitioner and to hand over her to the petitioner.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the girl has been secured and after the enquiry was conducted, the father of the girl requested for closure of the complaint. Accordingly, the complaint was also closed on 01.05.2019.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
