Prayer : Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, to punish the respondent for wilfully disobeying and not implementing the orders of the High Court dated 05.04.2013, made in M.P.No.3 of 2012 in W.P.No.9799 of 2010 in full.

O R D E R
The learned counsel appearing for the respondent made a submission that the order passed by this Court on 05.04.2013 in M.P.No.3 of 2012 in W.P.No.9799 of 2010 has been complied with and the respondent are regularly paying the 17 (b) wages to the petitioner.
However, the learned counsel for the writ petitioner states that the 17 (b) wages are not paid as per the correct calculation and even the backwages are not paid to the petitioner.
In respect of arrears of backwages and the calculation regarding the 17 (b) wages, the same shall be considered at the time of final hearing of the writ petition. Thus, no further adjudication is required in this contempt petition.
The learned counsel states that the writ petitioner is willing to join duty. In this regard, the writ petitioner is at liberty to submit a representation to the respondent management and if any representation is received, the respondent shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders in this regard.
