ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners/A1-A5 who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 294(b) and 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No. not known of 2020, seek anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that due to property dispute, there was a wordy quarrel between the petitioners and the defacto complainant. The petitioners abused the defacto complainant with filthy language and threatened him with dire consequences. Hence, the complaint.

3.Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the defacto complainant is none other than the father of the first petitioner. He would also submit that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. He would further submit that due to property dispute a false case has been foisted against the petitioners. Therefore, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that there are totally five accused persons. He would also submit that the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioners threatened the defacto complainant with dire consequences for property dispute. Hence, he opposed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

5.Taking into consideration the nature of offence committed by the petitioners and also the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, this Criminal Original petition stands dismissed.
