ORDER

This Court, while disposing of the writ petition in W.P.No.5883 of 2014 by order dated 26.02.2014, directed the respondents to consider the representation of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ petitioner and to pass orders in the light of the orders passed in W.P.No.29195 of 2010 etc batch dated 02.07.2012.

2.The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the said order dated 26.02.2014 passed by this Court.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as by the learned Special Government Pleader that the order dated 26.02.2014 passed by this Court has been complied with by the respondents. 4.Since the order of this Court has been complied with, nothing survives in this contempt petition and accordingly, the same is closed.
