This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner on the guise of enquiry.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondents would submit that on the complaint given by one Krishnaswamy, enquiry has been conducted in CSR No.84 of 2022 and finding that it was a money dispute the Respondents have closed the same. 3.It is made clear that now the complaint has been closed and the second respondent police shall not call the petitioner under the guise of enquiry and harass him.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
