O R D E R

Order of the Court was delivered by Nooty.Ramamohana Rao,J. It is represented that, pursuant to the bail granted by this Court, the detenu has already been enlarged, and hence, the cause in this Habeas Corpus Petition does not survive. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed without costs. It is needless for us to observe that all the contentions available to both the sides are left open to be agitated before the Court concerned.
