ORDER

The Petitioner was convicted and thereafter removed from service vide order dated 19.04.2017. It is submitted that the petitioner has not received the terminal benefits, which would have accrued to him, even otherwise on termination from the service.

2. The petitioner has sent a representation dated 21.08.2019 for disbursement of Gratuity, Special Provident Fund, Encashment of Earned Leave and Encashment of Un-earned Leave of Private affairs. The representation of the petitioner dated 21.08.2019 has however not evoked any response till date.

3. Considering the same, first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and disburse the amount if any, that are legitimately due to the petitioner under the relevant Rules and Regulations within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
