This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to give police protection based on the petitioner's complaint dated 23.02.2019.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that there is property dispute between the petitioner and counter parties.

4. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the second respondent to conduct enquiry on the complaint dated 02.03.2019 with the counter party and pass orders, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
