(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Ms.R.Hemalatha, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs.R.Anitha, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents.

2. Learned Special Government Pleader submits that in fact, there were some encroachments and one of the encroachers was related to the petitioner. The encroachments have been removed. The

trees were never felled. Saplings were planted.

3. In view of the statement made by learned Special Government Pleader, the writ petition stands disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
