This Writ Petition has been filed seeking direction to the Respondents to consider and pass orders on merits by disposing the written representation made by the Petitioner on 15.10.2022 within a stipulated time. 2.Mr.Vadeivelu Deenadayalan, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice for the Respondents.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader.

4.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on either side and taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for by the Petitioner, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I am inclined to direct the 1st respondent to consider the Petitioner's representation dated 15.10.2022 and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.In fine, the Writ Petition is allowed to the extent indicated above. No costs.
