Seeking a direction to the respondent to register a case against the counter parties on the complaint of the petitioner dated 16.10.2014 and take necessary action in accordance with law, the petitioner has come up with this petition. 2.No representation for the petitioner. Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the material placed on record.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.694 of 2014 before the respondent. 4.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry expeditiously and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, following https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1.
