COMMON ORDER When the matter was taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he is withdrawing the revision cases and the original petition. The learned counsel has also made an endorsement to that effect. The learned counsel seeks liberty to raise all the points raised in these revisions to be raised at the time of trial.

2. Accordingly, the revision cases are dismissed as withdrawn and the petitioner is granted liberty to raise all the points raised in these revisions during trial. Crl.O.P.No.13493 of 2012 is also dismissed as withdrawn.

3. The Registry is directed to send the papers to the lower Court forthwith, as the matter is pending from 2010. The lower Court is directed to dispose of the case as expeditiously as possible, giving liberty to the petitioner as aforesaid.
