JUDGMENT

On 21.12.2018, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the appellants submitted that the matter is likely to be settled between between the parties and requested this Court to adjourn the matter. Hence, the matter was directed to be listed on 04.01.2019 under the caption "For reporting settlement". Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, no one appeared on behalf of the appellants. Whereas, the learned counsel for the respondent present and he submitted that the matter was settled between the parties. 2.In view of the earlier submission made by the learned counsel for the appellants and the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent today, nothing survives in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
