This petition has been filed seeking to modify the order dated 22.02.2024 passed by the III Additional Sessions Judge, holding additional charge of the

Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai, while granting bail to the petitioner herein who was an accused in FIR in Crime No.689 of 2023, registered by the respondent police for the offences under Sections 341, 294(b), 323, 397, 336, 506(ii) of IPC.

2.While granting bail, the learned Principal Sessions Judge had imposed one of the condition that the petitioner should produce two sureties, out of which, one surety should be a cash surety.

3.Taking all the factors into consideration, I am inclined to modify the said condition. Accordingly, the petitioner shall produce two sureties for like sum.
