This appeal is against the order of acquittal of the respondent made in C.C. No.1151 of 2002 by the learned VII Metropolitan Magistrate, Chennai.
2. When the appeal came up for hearing on 12.10.2017, there was no representation for the appellant. Therefore, the appeal was ordered to be lised today under the caption "For Dismissal". Today, again there has been no representation for the appellant. It appears that the appellant is not interested in prosecuting the matter further. There has been no representation for the respondent also. In view of the above, the criminal appeal is dismissed for default.
