PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the proceedings of the 1st respondent in G.O.(D) No.401 dated 10.09.2010 and culminating in the proceedings of the 3rd respondent in RC.371/2005/A4 dated 19.11.2012 and quash the order dated 10.09.2012 of the 1st respondent and culminating in the order dated 19.11.2012 of the 3rd respondent passed therein in so far as it restricts the payment of interest and further direct the respondents to grant interest @ 18% to the petitioner on the sums of Rs.9,26,630/- and Rs.5,07,316/- from 20.06.2003 till the date of payment.
