This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for committing contempt of Court for not obeying the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.4749 of 2021 dated 02.03.2021 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the Respondent that the order passed by this court on 02.03.2021 has been complied with. He has also produced the details of payment made to the Petitioner by the Respondent.

3. Recording the same, this Contempt Petition stands closed. No costs.
