The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, directing the learned Judicial Magistrate-IV, Salem to do the committal proceedings in PRC No.1 of 2015 in Crime No.161 of 2014 contemplated the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.

2. On a perusal of the report, called for from the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Salem, it is seen that the case in P.R.C.No.1 of 2015 has been committed to the Sessions Court and the same was taken on file as S.C.No.134 of 2016 and posted on 22.06.2016 for appearance of the accused. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
