Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider petitioner's application No.2020/0105/37/224173 dated 30.06.2020 to survey the petitioner's land in Sholinghur S.No.770/1A1 and to issue separate patta within stipulated time.

ORDER

The petitioner has approached the respondents 1 and 2 with his representation dated 30.06.2020 to survey his lands in S.No.770/1A1 of Sholinghur Town, Ranipet Taluk.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Mr.G.Rajesh, learned Government Advocate takes notice for respondents 1 and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2, and makes a statement that the private respondents have to be heard in this matter and hence, the Tahsildar, the first respondent has fixed the enquiry at 11.00 a.m., on 20.04.2021 in his office. The said statement is recorded.

In view of the above, no further direction is required to be given except that the Tahsildar, Sholinghur Town, Ranipet District, is directed to hold an enquiry after issuing notices to all the parties who are likely to be affected by his decision, and after providing the parties a fair and effective hearing and to dispose of the said representation through a speaking order within a period of sixteen (16) weeks (after the conclusion of the General Election of the Tamil Nadu State Legislative Assembly, 2021) from 20.04.2021.
